It’s crazy how when I don’t binge I lose a ton of weight…it’s almost like there’s a correlation between not eating mountains of junk food and weight loss?? What a concept
huh what a coincidence
Stop trying to lose weight.
Eat your calorie count then stop worrying about it.
Exercise and then go home and stop thinking about it.
Find a hobby, study, do anything with 100% of your focus
And I guarantee you will lose the weight.
A vast majority of the weight loss problems people have arise when they start obsessing and trying to micromanage the body’s weight loss. Stop. You’re making yourself crazy.

I’m gonna start having this drink every morning from now on. My friend does it and she went from 136-121lbs in 2 WEEKS. (She didn’t change her diet or exercise and she eats normally)
I’ll update you guys on my weight loss from it in 10 days on July 3rd :-)
Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 lemon (squeezed)
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
Steps:
1. Mix all of the ingredients
